Inter president Erik Thohir has insisted that Walter Mazzarri will stay put at the Nerazzurri next season in order to build the team.
Mazzarri's life at Inter this season has been hard as his side faltered at times, but Thohir is sure of his coaching credentials, reported Xinhua.
Thohir suggested that Mazzarri will not only stay for this season, but also for the next one.
"Inter are now focusing on this season's final four matches," said Thohir. "In order to get the best results, we have to maintain the balance we have found."
"So I will not change what is already in place in terms of the team at the moment," he said.
"Mazzarri will be given all of next season in order to build the team. If you want to have a solid team, you need time to get the result," he added.
