Lionel Messi scored his 400th professional goal and Neymar scored a hat-trick as FC Barcelona had an easy 6-0 win at home to Granada.
A tight opening to the game Saturday was broken when Neymar latched onto a wayward backpass to score with a shot which Granada keeper Roberto got a hand to, but couldn't stop from bouncing into the net, reports Xinhua.
Ivan Rakitic made it 2-0, three minutes from halftime and the game was over as a contest just before the break when Neymar netted his second of the game.
Messi made it 4-0 with his the 400th goal of his career just after the hour, a remarkable figure for a player who is still just 27 years old and he and Neymar rounded off the scoring with a further goal each to take Barca back to the top of the table.
