Rusty Edward Sellner, a burglar who broke into singer Miley Cyrus's home, has been sentenced to two years in prison.
Sellner was arrested for breaking into the "Wrecking ball" hitmaker's home here in Toluca Lake in December 2014 and pleaded no contest to one count of first degree residential burglary. He was placed behind bars after appearing in a court here on Wednesday, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
The 22-year-old culprit stole a large amount of personal property from the 22-year-old singer's home, including her bank card, as well as items belonging to her brother.
Another hearing has been scheduled to determine how much restitution Sellner must pay Cyrus for the stolen property.
