Minor arrested for raping seven-year-old in Bihar
A minor boy was arrested in Bihar early Tuesday for allegedly raping his seven-year-old cousin, police said.
The victim was raped Monday in Bima village of Supaul district, around 245 km from here, a police official said.
He added that the incident has shocked the villagers and they are demanding stringent punishment for the attacker.
