Mockumentary series 'Not Fit' to be backed by matchmaking app

Mockumentary series "Not Fit" is now being backed by matchmaking app Woo in association with Dice Media. The series is now available on Facebook.

Mockumentary -- a portmanteau of the words mock and documentary -- is a type of film or television show in which fictional events are presented in documentary style to create a parody.

"Not Fit" has been written and directed by Sudev Nair, who also plays the lead role of Neerav Kapoor in the series.

Consisting of 10 episodes in the first season, the series is available on Dice Media's Facebook page.

"Not Fit" chronicles the adventures of Neerav, a struggling actor trying to make his mark in the entertainment industry.

"The audience today is rapidly adapting to new modes of entertainment and enjoys video content on the web. We at Woo have associated with Dice Media to convey the quirky and idiosyncratic humorous content to our target," Sumesh Menon, chief executive officer and co-founder of Woo, said in a statement.
