Rabat, Jan 28 (IANS/MAP) Morocco will take part for the fourth time in the 2017 Arab Health Exhibition, to be held from January 30 to February 2 in Dubai.
The country would be represented by a delegation of a dozen businessmen at the event, said the Moroccan centre for exports promotion "Maroc Export".
The exhibition is an opportunity for Moroccan companies in the pharmaceutical sector to present their products and their know-how, "Maroc Export" said in a statement.
After phosphates, the Moroccan pharmaceutical industry constitutes the second largest chemical industry in Morocco, and ranks second in the African continent, the statement added.
It further said that the total amount of the industry's annual investments reaches 700 billion dirhams, with a turnover of 13.7 billion dirhams and an added value of 4.6 billion dirhams.
