Neil Bhatt, who was last seen in "Sabke Jeevan Ka Adhar - Ramayan", will be seen as a middle class guy in "Savdhaan India".
The actor played a similar character in "12/24 Karol Bagh".
"It was nostalgic for me to hear about a character who loves his wife so much that he can do anything for her. My character in 'Karol Bagh' had been along the same lines," Neil said in a statement.
"However, the difference is that in 'Karol Bagh', I was playing an out and out positive character but in this show you don't know whether my character crosses the fine line of going overboard in love. Hence, you are not sure if he is the victim or the culprit," he added.
Bhatt has been a part of shows like "Gumrah - End Of Innocence", "Arslaan" and "Gulaal".

Tara Sharma back on TV
After a successful first season of "The Tara Sharma Show", she is back with the second edition which will air from Nov 18 on NDTV Good Times.
"'The Tara Sharma Show - Diaries of a New Mum - Season 2', is exactly what the name suggests, a realistic diary of my experiences and adventures as a new mum. The show is informal and often humorous with the personal touch of real experiences being recounted and demonstrated," Tara said in a statement.
The show is a video diary of Tara, a mother of two. These adventures were born out of a blog she has been writing about her excitement at being a mother and day-to-day thrills of raising her children.

'Sanjeev Kapoor Ke ...' celebrates dandiya
The sets of cookery show, "Sanjeev Kapoor Ke Kitchen Khiladi" will be transformed into a dancing stage to celebrate navratri with "War Chhod Na Yaar" cast Javed Jaffery, Sharman Joshi and Soha Ali Khan.
"During the shoot the actors started playing dandiya using the cooking spoons and utensils as dandiya sticks. The host Sanjeev Kapoor was surprised to see what was happening in his kitchen but eventually joined them in the fun," said a source close to the show.
The episode will be aired Friday on Sony Entertainment Television.
