Tamil Nadu Chief Minister K. Palaniswami on Monday said the new Information Communication Technology (ICT) Policy, 2018 will address the aspirations of all the stakeholders.
Launching the new ICT policy here at a function, Palaniswami said it would address the aspirations of investors, especially information technology (IT) and IT-enabled service (ITES) companies, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME), start-ups and others.
Palaniswami said the new policy provides for standard administrative incentives, fiscal incentives, capital subsidies, tax exemptions, special incentives and others.
"Further, it also has provisions for incubating start-ups and creation of Research Parks. Awards for promoting green IT industry and single window facilitation for early clearance from the concerned agencies are also part of this policy," he added.
