The NIA on Wednesday raided the house of a builder in Jharkhand's Gumla district over allegations that he had links with top Maoist leader Sudhakaran who carries a bounty of Rs 1 crore on his head.
The National Investigation Agency raided Manoj Singh's house on Sisai Road and questioned him on alleged investment of Maoist money in realty market, informed sources said.
It was the second raid by the NIA in one week in Gumla.
Wednesday's raid comes in the wake of similar action at a rest house in Gumla after allegations that Maoist guerrillas were taking shelter there when security forces launched a massive operation against Maoists at Budha Pahad in Latehar district.
