Nikhil Dwivedi becomes father

Actor Nikhil Dwivedi, best known for his roles in films like "My Name Is Anthony Gonsalves" and "Hate Story", has welcomed his first child with wife Gaurie.

"Gaurie gave birth to a boy on Friday morning at 11.25 a.m. at Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai," said a source.

"Nikhil is ecstatic and a proud father," the source added.

The couple got married in March 2011.

Nikhil, 36, was last seen on the silver screen in "Tamanchey" along with Richa Chadha.
