Singer Nicole Scherzinger is feeling better than ever since intensifying her workout regime and cutting down on nights out.
The former Pussycat Dolls singer intensified her exercise regime ahead of shooting her new music video for "Your Love" and is reaping the benefits of swapping late nights out for the gym, reports contactmusic.com.
"(I work out) five days a week, twice a day. It helps me stay in a fit and strong, focused and healthy state of mind... when everybody was out partying on Friday and Saturday nights, I was at the gym!
"I don't drink that much because I'm too focused on working out. Most nights I'm doing hot yoga at 10 p.m. and I don't want to go and drink after that at 11! It's not an addiction, but it's a natural high. Your endorphins are going and you crave it, your body misses it," she told Britain's OK! Magazine.
