One killed as boat capsizes in Telangana
A boy was killed and three others were missing as a boat capsized in Godavari river in Telangana's Karimnagar district on Sunday, police said.
The accident occurred near Kaleshwaram when the boat carrying 20 people capsized close to an inter-state bridge being built across the river.
The body of a 12-year-old boy was recovered while divers were searching for three others missing. Fishermen saved 16 people.
According to police, the victims were coming to Kaleshwaram from neighbouring Maharashtra.
