Actress Pallavi Pradhan, who is currently seen as Surili in "Bahu Hamari Rajni_kant", injured her knee while shooting for the popular comedy show.

Pallavi fell and in order to save the mic which was near her right leg, she put the pressure on her left leg. In the process, her knee got injured.

"I met with an accident on the set and injured my knee. An actor's life is not easy and they have to continue working despite hindrances. But my show's production house helped me a lot. They allowed me to leave early so that I can visit my doctor and get physiotherapy," Pallavi said in a statement.

"Everyone on the set is very helpful. All the actors help me if I have to climb down. In fact, I get breaks if I have scenes where I have to stand for long as my knee can't take it and everyone, including co-stars and the crew, is extremely supportive of my condition," she added.

"Bahu Hamari Rajni_kant", aired on Life OK, narrates the story of a genius and a female robot Rajni (played by Ridhima Pandit).

I'm comfortable the way I look: Akshay Dogra

Despite not having a "picture perfect body" and six-packs, actor Akshay Dogra will be seen going shirtless in the upcoming episodes of TV show "Waaris". He says he is "comfortable" with the way he looks.

"We live in an age where television influences the young very easily. If we continuously bombard them with imagery of picture perfect bodies, we put unnecessary stress on them to be the same," Akshay said in a statement.

"I am extremely comfortable with the way I look and I would advise people also to enjoy life and not confirm to societal norms," he added.

"Waaris", aired on &TV, is based on cultural issues and shows a mother (Aarti Singh) bringing up a girl child as a boy.
