Belgian authorities on Monday arrested five more people suspected to be involved in the gruesome attacks in the French capital on November 13, bring the total number of detainees to 21.
Raids were carried out at five properties in capital Brussels and another two in the southeastern Liege city, Xinhua news agency reported.
The federal prosecutor said 26,000 euros (about $27,560) in cash was seized during one of the raids.
The latest statement also denied reports circulating on Sunday night which claimed Paris terror attacks key suspect Salah Abdeslam might have fled Liege for Germany.
The prosecutor said a BMW car was pulled over by police for a routine check but it sped off. However, the vehicle was identified and had no link to the ongoing terror investigation.
