They left The Little Door at 1 a.m. Friday, reports dailymail.co.uk.
The actor, who wore a black jacket over a white T-shirt, and faded black jeans, stuck close to his female companion as they headed down West 3rd Street.
Pattinson, who once dated actress Kristen Stewart, was also romantically linked with singer Katy Perry.
