Actor Isaac Hempstead Wright says playing the role of Brandon Stark in "Game of Thrones" can be tricky sometimes.
Wright's character is the real-life Three-Eyed Raven, who has visions of the past and the future.
"It was tricky to work out how exactly we would play him. It was clear that he needed to have this kind of emotionless, soulless, slightly mysterious aura to him, but we didn't want it to be really dull and monotone," Wright said in a statement.
He added: "So it was trying to capture the fact that there was this massively interesting spark within him of basically knowing everything ever. At the same time the practical effects on the human mind that it would have were huge. Basically, David and Dan said read the 'Watchmen' comics: it's like Dr. Manhattan."
Wright began his professional acting career at the age of eleven with the screen debut of his horror film "The Awakening" in 2011. But the big break came when he was cast as Bran Stark in the fantasy series.
Talking about the character, the 18-year-old said: "He's got this whirlwind of information spinning around the whole time - 'Oh that happened, that happened, that happened'. It's like he's not really in any fixed time."
The seventh season of the fantasy series will debut on July 16 in the US. It will premiere in India on Star World and Star World HD on July 18.
