The national capital experienced a pleasant Monday with the maximum temperature at 25.3 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season's average. The met department has forecast a cloudy Tuesday.
The maximum and the minimum temperatures Tuesday are likely to hover around 26 degrees and 12 degrees Celsius.
The day will start with a shallow fog in the morning and then clear skies which will later turn cloudy, said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
Monday, though forecast to be cloudy, remained sunny with clear skies.
The day's minimum temperature was 10.5 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season's average.
Sunday's maximum temperature settled five notches below the season's average at 21.8 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature was recorded three notches below season's average at 10 degrees Celsius.
