It was a pleasant Tuesday in the national capital with the maximum temperature at 29 degrees Celsius, four notches below the season's average. Met has forecast a partly cloudy Wednesday with light rain in some parts of the national capital.
"Wednesday is likely to be cloudy and rain is expected in some part of the city," said an official of the India Meteorological Department(IMD).
The maximum and the minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 30 degree and 20 degree Celsius respectively.
The minimum temperature Tuesday settled at 21.8 degrees Celsius, two notches above the average, while the city received 1.6 mm rainfall till 5.30 p.m
Monday's maximum temperature settled at 33.6 degrees Celsius, average for the season while the minimum was recorded at 18.6 degrees Celsius, a degree below normal.
