Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Rajghat on Friday morning to pay his respects to the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, on his birth anniversary before visiting Jharkhand and Bihar.
A PMO release said that the prime minister will visit Jharkhand's Khunti where he will inaugurate a 180 KW rooftop solar plant at the district court. He will later inaugurate a mega credit camp under the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana at Bihar's Dumka.
Modi will be back in the capital by evening to attend "Safaigiri Awards" event organized by the India Today group.
A Bharatiya Janata Party release said earlier that Modi will address a public meeting at Banka in poll-bound Bihar on Friday.
