Juventus striker Alvaro Morata says there is a possibility he might return to his former football club Real Madrid.
"The possibility that I return to Real Madrid is real," Morata was quoted as saying by football-italia.net on Friday.
The Spanish international joined the Bianconeri from Real in 2014, but a buyback clause was included as part of the transfer.
"I appreciate the words of (club's Director of Institutional Relations Emilio) Butragueño, where he said that I'm part of the Real Madrid family," he said.
"He's a Spanish football legend, and when a legend speaks so well of you it's inevitable that you'll feel appreciated."
Morata, 23, insists he needs to focus on his game.
"I have to stay focused on the pitch, but obviously I think about the future and the possibility of me returning is real," he said.
"I'm fine in Italy, and at Juventus I feel at home.
