Probe farmer's suicide, Rajnath tells police

Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Wednesday asked Delhi Police Commissioner B.S. Bassi to probe a farmer's suicide at an AAP rally in Delhi.

In a tweet, the home minister's office said: "The home minister spoke to Delhi Police commissioner and instructed him to institute an inquiry into the incident of farmer suicide in Delhi."

The farmer hanged himself from a tree at an Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) rally called here to protest the central government's land o9rdinance, which was tab led in the Lok Sabha on MOnday.
