The general public have until February 1 to apply for Euro 2016 tickets, European football's governing body UEFA has announced.
As the window for packed ticket sale called "Follow my Team" closed on Tuesday, a general sale has opened for fans willing to buy tickets for individual matches, reports Xinhua.
"Fans not wanting to follow a specific team still have an opportunity to apply for tickets via a general public portal," said UEFA through its official website on Tuesday.
"Open until 1 February, it allows those who have not applied yet to submit an application for single tickets in categories 1 and 2 and accessibility seats."
The ticket sale for fans of the 24 participating teams to follow their own nation, kicking off on December 14 shortly after the Euro 2016 draw in Paris, has met huge demand.
More than 3.5 million tickets from 189 territories have already been requested while just 800,000 tickets were made available.
The three games in highest demand are: Germany vs Poland of Group C at Saint-Denis' Stade de France on June 16, Ireland vs Sweden of Group E at the same stadium on June 13, and the Portugal-Austria game of Group F at Paris' Parc des Princes on June 18.
The five teams whose fans submitted the most applications through their dedicated ticket portal are Poland, France, Austria, Republic of Ireland and Switzerland.
Fans will be able to check their application status latest by February 29, according to UEFA.
The first phase of ticket sale ended on July 10 last year with a request of 11 million tickets.
The tournament will be held across 10 French cities from June 10 to July 10.
