The ruler of Qatar will participate in the 22nd Conference of the Parties (COP 22) to the UN Framework of Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), a media report said.
Emir Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani will also participate in the summit of African heads of state and government, the source added, MAP news agency reported on Monday.
At least 70 heads of state and government will take part in the COP 22.
The COP 22 is an opportunity to debate and discuss several issues relating in particular to agriculture, food security, energy, industry, transport and water.
