Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi will meet party leaders and workers in poll-bound Rajasthan during his two-day visit to the state from Wednesday, party sources said Tuesday.
Assembly polls are scheduled in Congress-ruled Rajasthan at the year-end.
According to party sources, Gandhi will start Wednesday with a meeting with district and block level office bearers of state unit, and later meet elected committees of state Youth Congress and National Students Union of India. He will end the day with elected Congress members of panchayati raj bodies at Bikaner.
On Thursday, he will meet district and block level leaders and later interact meet elected Congress members of panchayati raj at Jaipur. In the evening, he will attend an extended state Congress committee meeting.
