Technopark-based Rain Concert Technologies has won the Nasscom Award for its flagship solution 'inE SafeCity' in the top solution for safety and security category.
Nasscom, after the brutal Delhi rape incident in December last year, had launched a competition to find the top safety and security solution in the country.
Rain Concert CEO Abhilash Pillai said "inE" was a holistic model to resolve safety and security concerns.
"It takes care of the post-alert or response stage of a distress situation. It connects to the nearest and appropriate response systems that are available around us, all at the press of a button on our phones," said Pillai.
