It was a relatively chilly, cloudy morning here as the minimum temperature dropped three degrees below what is normal for this time of the season on Monday.

Intermittent rain since Saturday has brought down the day temperature.

"We are expecting cloudy day ahead and the maximum temperature would hover around 19 degrees Celsius", the official said.
