Top seed in the Under-14 girls section, Renee undid Kashish Bote of Maharashtra 6-2, 6-4 to advance into the last-four stage.
Continuing her dream run, Renee breezed past Bhumika Tripathy 6-2, 6-2 in the girls U-16 quarters.
Meanwhile, in the boys singles U-14 quarters, top seed Deep Munim of Madhya Pradesh beat Aditya Rathi of Haryana 4-6, 6-3, 6-2.
In another match, Arjun Gohad of Maharashtra beat Nithilan Eric of Karnataka 6-0 6-1 to the semis.
