Rajya Sabha adjourned till noon

The Rajya Sabha was Wednesday adjourned till noon following protests over the formation of Telangana state.

As soon as the house met for the day, the members demanding a united Andhra Pradesh raised slogans and created chaos in the house.

Amid the din, Chairman Hamid Ansari adjourned the house.
