Reliance Communications' consolidated revenues for the fourth quarter of 2016-17 stood at Rs 4,524 crore, down 8.1 per cent, a company statement said here on Saturday.
The earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) margin declined to 24 per cent, compared to 24.5 per cent in the quarter before, the statement said.
The statement said Indian telecom industry is severely impacted in 2016-17 owing to free offers, disruptive pricing and hyper competition.
"Steep declines in profitability and/or net losses have been reported for the past two quarters by all telecom operators in the country without exception, and a couple of operators have shut down their entire operations in the country," it added.
