Real Madrid have signed former Brazil under-20 international Willian Jose on a six-month loan deal from Santos.
The 22-year-old striker will play with the club's reserve outfit, Real Madrid Castilla, in Spain's second division, reported Xinhua.
"Willian Jose da Silva, the striker who played in the last Campeonato Brasileiro with Santos, has signed a contract which will see him join Real Madrid Castilla on loan until June of this year. The club reserve the option to buy," Real Madrid said in a statement.
The Spanish club signed a similar deal for Willian Jose's countryman Casemiro last January before securing the midfielder on a permanent contract in July.
Willian Jose scored five goals from 25 first-team appearances for Santos across all competitions last season following his move from Gremio.
