Rebel Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Kapil Mishra was marshalled out from the Delhi Assembly on Friday for holding a banner inside the House.
Minutes after the session started on Friday, Mishra stood up from his seat and held out a banner which read: "Missing Kejriwal, come to Assembly House".
At this point, Speaker Ram Niwas Goel ordered Mishra to be marshalled out of the House.
As he was being escorted out, the former AAP minister asked: "Why is he not coming? Is he on vacation?"
Mishra was also marshalled out for three days in the last Delhi Assembly session.
