"Pitch Perfect" actor Rebel Wilson is set to star in an untitled romantic comedy for New Line Cinema.
Producers are Todd Garner, Grant Scharbo and Gina Matthews. The studio and producers are seeking a director for the film, reports variety.com.
Erin Cardillo wrote the original script about a cynical young woman who doesn't believe in love and then wakes up one day to discover that her life has become a romantic comedy. Dana Fox and Katie Silberman rewrote the script.
Wilson starred in both "Pitch Perfect" movies and is also attached for the upcoming "Pitch Perfect 3". The Australian actress has also starred in films like "Bridesmaids", "How to Be Single", "Grimsby" and the upcoming "Absolutely Fabulous Movie".
