Veteran actress Reema Lagoo burnt her hands while shooting for a scene for TV show "Naamkaran".
For an upcoming episode, the creatives of the Star Plus show planned something where her character sets herself on fire.
While giving her shot Reema's sari caught fire as per the scene, but as it was a cotton material, the fire spread rapidly. The actress in an attempt to extinguish the fire burnt her hands, read a statement.
According to a source, the actress is fine now.
"I'am fine now and back to work, the sari caught fire because of cotton material and the way it was spreading was really scary. So I tried dousing it with my hand without thinking. But thank God, the wound is not deep, it should heal in 4-5 days," Reema said.
