Jangpura constituency voters in Delhi will again cast their votes Dec 7, as a polling booth presiding officer forgot to clear the electronic voting machine (EVM) after the mock poll held before Dec 4.
"The presiding officer of booth No.42 in Jangpura constituency forgot to clear the EVM after the mock poll because of which a wrong number of votes got cast when voters voted on poll day," Delhi Chief Nodal Officer Ankur Garg said Friday.
"Polling will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.," he said.
The voters in the constituency have been informed about the repoll.
