A report, prepared by University of Delhi students, on safety of women in the national capital was released on Thursday.
The report was prepared by the students of Institute of Home Economics, affiliated to the university, with the help of Safetipin, a mobile app that works for increasing the safety of women in cities.
Senior programme associate at Safetipin, Rashee Mehra, said: "The report recommends enhancing security outside girls' colleges for their safety. One can find groups of boys hanging out and teasing girls outside girls' colleges."
Safetipin co-founder Kalpana Viswanath and Hauz Khas police station SHO Satinder Sangwan released the report.
