Rio de Janeiro will host its second NBA exhibition match in October.
NBA's managing director in Brazil Arnon de Mello said the teams and match date will be confirmed next month, reports Xinhua.
"We already have a game guaranteed. We are preparing invitations and for that reason we still can't confirm who will be playing. But we can say that one of the teams will have at least one Brazilian," de Mello said Saturday.
In the first NBA match in South America at the HSBC Arena here last October, the Chicago Bulls defeated the Washington Wizards 83-81.
Brazilians currently playing in the NBA include Nene (Washington Wizards), Anderson Varejao (Cleveland Cavaliers), Tiago Splitter (San Antonio Spurs), Leandrinho (Phoenix Suns) and Vitor Faverani (Boston Celtics).
