Socialite Kim Kardashian's brother Rob has reached a civil settlement with a photographer, whom he had allegedly punched earlier this year.

He had reportedly lashed out at photographer Andra Viak during an encounter at a West Hollywood gym. He was said to have even grabbed her camera and even ripped out the memory card in March.

Rob, 26, has agreed to pay Viak the cost of her equipment, reports tmz.com.

He was charged with misdemeanour battery and petty theft after the incident. He appeared in courts Wednesday.
