The Houston Rockets beat the Portland Trail Blazers 108-98 at Toyota Center to keep their NBA season playoffs alive.
The Rockets had to win Wednesday night in order not to be eliminated as they were 1-3 down, reports Xinhua.
Dwight Howard led the Rockets with 22 points and 14 rebounds. Jeremy Lin came off the bench to score 21 points, Chandler Parsons chipped in 20 and Harden had 16 points.
Wesley Matthews scored 27 points for Portland and Damian Lillard added 26 while LaMarcus Aldridge who had stunning performances in the previous playoffs had only eight points.
With the win, Houston is 2-3 in the postseason and will head to Portland for the next game Friday.
