The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) will have no role in the formation of the union cabinet, senior BJP leader M. Venkaiah Naidu said Sunday.

"Meeting the RSS leaders is part of our life. But it will have no role in the cabinet formation," Naidu told media persons when he reached the RSS office here.

BJP leaders Sunday swarmed the RSS Delhi office.

Besides Naidu, Kalraj Mishra, Dharmendra Pradhan, Gopi Nath Munde, Harsh Vardhan and Rajiv Pratap Rudy were some of leaders who visited the RSS office here.

Leaders are frequenting the RSS office here since the May 12 exit polls announced a thumping majority for the BJP.
