Russian delegates meet Sheila Dikshit

A five-member Russian delegation Wednesday met Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit here and offered expertise in the area of water treatment.

The delegation was led by S.E. Cheremin, minister of the Moscow city government, an official statement said.

"The visiting leader expressed his willingness to offer expertise in the field of water treatment and water distribution," it said.

Dikshit said her government was in the process of commissioning the fast-ever Monorail Project in north India, it said.
