Grammy Award-winning singer Sam Smith has revealed he is suffering from stress.
The 22-year-old told The Sun newspaper that his stress levels have caused him to develop a rash on his body, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"I've been itching all over my body for the past week from stress," he said.
"I'm stressed. I don't know why. I think it's a delayed reaction from the Grammys," the "Stay with me" hitmaker added.
This comes after Smith announced that he will undergo surgery for his vocal cords.
