Brazilian football club Sao Paulo are considering a move for Lazio forward Miroslav Klose.
The 36-year-old is contracted to the Italian Serie A club until June and is undecided about his future. Sao Paulo are ready to make an offer for Klose if he becomes available on a free transfer, reports Xinhua.
Apart from Sao Paulo, the former Germany international has been linked with a move to clubs in Bundesliga and Major League Soccer (MLS). Lazio have also offered Klose a new contract, although it is understood that talks have stalled over the former Bayern Munich striker's request for a guaranteed playing time.
Klose holds the record for the most World Cup goals with 16, having surpassed Ronaldo's tally of 15 during last year's World Cup.
