SC disposes off AAP plea on Delhi assembly dissolution

The Supreme Court Tuesday disposed off an AAP petition seeking dissolution of assembly and holding early elections.

An apex court constitution bench headed by Chief Justice H.L. Dattu passed the brief order.

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) counsel Prashant Bhushan had urged the court to direct an early election.

"This is for Election Commission to decide," the court said.
