A 60-year-old man who works as a manager in a music institute stabbed his wife to death in a car after a quarrel on Wednesday in south Delhi, police said.
The incident occurred around 11.30 a.m when Mukesh Moga was dropping his wife, Manju Moga, 58, to her office in south Delhi's Anand Niketan.
"Manju worked in a boutique in Anand Niketan with a handsome salary. It was Mukesh who dropped her daily to the boutique," Additional Deputy Commissioner of police, Nupur Prasad told IANS.
She was stabbed by her husband when the car was near the Tanzanian Embassy.

"A verbal duel occurred between them. Mukesh in a fit of rage stabbed his wife, Manju, multiple times in the car until she died. He kept the knife below the steering in a planned way to eliminate her," Prasad said.
"We are investigating the case to ascertain if he concealed the knife below the steering in a pre planned way and the reason behind his wife's stabbing," Prasad added.
Raj, an eyewitness to the entire crime, went to Manju's rescue but Mukesh threatened to kill him when he tried to stop him. However, some locals managed to nab Mukesh on the spot and handed him over to the police.
Mukesh used to supervise the work of a music institute run by his sister.
The couple resided in Hari Nagar in Delhi with their two children, a daughter and a son, both in their late 20s.
