Seven people were killed in a collision between a truck and a sports utility vehicle (SUV) in Rajasthan early Thursday, police said.
According to police, the accident occurred near Ghadsana in Sriganganagar district, around 450 km from here.
"Six people were travelling in the SUV. A truck carrying construction material collided head-on with it. The SUV's oil tank caught fire following which all the passengers were burnt to death," a police officer said.
"One man travelling in the truck was also killed, while two others were injured."
