Seven policemen killed in Afghan attack

At least seven policemen were killed Monday when a security check point was attacked by militants, an official said.

"Militants launched an attack on a police check point in Helmand province. They killed two officers who were on duty and five who were sleeping," the district governor told Xinhua.
