Actor Shekhar Suman didn't miss a chance to take a dig at Kangana Ranaut after her "bad ass card" comment to filmmaker Karan Johar.

Shekhar, whose son Adhyayen was once in a rocky relationship with Kangana, sent out a cryptic tweet.

"Bad ass, bad mouth, bad films, bad acting, bad behaviour, bad English... What next," Shekhar tweeted.

His tweet came after Kangana's response to Karan's remark that the actress should stop playing "victim".

Reacting to Karan's comment, Kangana reportedly said she was playing the "bad ass card, not the victim or woman card".

Shekhar had previously hit out -- in a cryptic tweet -- at a "cocained actress" who has "fallen flat on her face".

That time, his tweet had come after the release of Kangana's latest film "Rangoon" -- a Vishal Bhardwaj directorial which hasn't elicited the response the team was hoping to get.

Adhyayan and Kangana had a bitter split, and just last year, Adhyayen had made explosive revelations about his ex-girlfriend, saying he was "abused verbally and physically".

Alia, Varun's chemistry gets thumbs up

Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt starrer "Badrinath Ki Dulhania", which released on Friday, is being lauded by celebrities for their chemistry.

A special screening was hosted here.

Music composer Anu Malik expects the film to be a super hit.

"I have seen the trailer of the film and Varun and Alia's chemistry is looking outstanding," Malik said.

Director Shashank Khaitan said: "Varun, Alia and the entire cast and crew have worked hard to make this film. I am really nervous and excited to see the audience's reaction in theatres."

"The trailer, songs and promos have received a great response so I hope that people will like our film," Khaitan said.

RGV digs out Sridevi's old picture

Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma on Friday shared an old image from the sets of his 1994 Telugu thriller "Govinda Govinda", starring Akkineni Nagarjuna and Sridevi.

Sharing the picture via a tweet, Varma wrote: "Sridevi, (Lord) Balaji and me at 'Govinda Govinda' shoot. No, not the 'Sarkar 3' song. It's a name of a Telugu film."

One of his path-breaking films, "Govinda Govinda" had a very strong role for Sridevi, and the film marked her second outing with Varma after "Kshana Kshanam".

The film also featured Paresh Rawal and Kota Srinivasa Rao in pivotal roles.
