Serie B side Siena have been docked another point due to financial irregularities, taking their total deduction points to three.

The club already has been deducted two points before the season kicked off for delaying to pay wages and taxes. The Italy football disciplinary commission announced it would dock another point for late deposition of a financial guarantee, reports Xinhua.

The club narrowly avoided bankruptcy over the summer and their registration for Serie B went down to the wire.

Siena are now on three points after three rounds, despite winning two games and losing one.
