Singer Sharon Osbourne says music mogul Simon Cowell is a good man and that he is a soft person at heart.
Osborune and Cowell share the judges' panel on British reality show "The X Factor".
"He's a good man. He was the first person to contact me when my son Jack was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis," dailymail.co.uk quoted Osbourne as saying.
"He's a big softie underneath it all, a big old softie," she added.
Cowell, 53, will soon become a father as his partner Lauren Silverman is expecting their first child.
