Singer Jason Derulo says he is enjoying his life and that dating is a "little too formal for what I'm doing right now".

He's now a judge on "So You Think You Can Dance" and dropped his new album "Everything Is 4", but that's not why he doesn't have a girlfriend at the moment.

"I'm just having a great time, honestly," Derulo, 25, told people.com.

"I'm living my life and taking it one day at a time. It's all about living, man. Dating is a little too formal for what I'm doing right now."

Derulo, who ended his three-year relationship with singer Jordin Sparks last year, isn't in any rush to get into a serious relationship.
